Product Overview of Temperature and Humidity Check Box
NM-HWS Series Temperature and Humidity Check Box is special calibration equipment for detecting hair temperature and humidity indicator (meter), dry and wet bulb thermometer, digital temperature and humidity meter and other kinds of temperature and humidity sensors.
Through accurate measurement by temperature and humidity sensor and control by industrial programmable controller, the equipment can realize automatic adjustment of temperature and humidity in the temperature and humidity check box. With high control and measurement accuracy, it can realize continuous and repetitive temperature and humidity measurement, and is also suitable for scientific research and product testing.
Technical Features of Temperature and Humidity Check Box
According to the high demand for calibration of temperature and humidity indicators, three observation windows are designed for calibration of 10 hair type temperature and humidity indicators at the same time, with extremely high calibration efficiency.
The double operation hole design on the box allows the inspector to put his/her hands into the box and directly adjust the calibrated instrument in the box, which greatly improves the calibration efficiency.
The unique soaking temperature field design makes it unnecessary for the box to obtain a uniform temperature field by increasing the air flow rate, which not only meets the requirements of the new regulation for calibration of the dry and wet bulb thermometer that the wind speed is less than 0.2 m/s, but also ensures that the temperature uniformity is less than 0.3℃.
The ultra-thick insulation layer, the observation window with five layers of vacuum glass, as well as no loss of cooling capacity or heat, ensures rapid and stable temperature rise and fall.
Automatic timing startup function can realize automatic startup of equipment before work, and the indicating value can be read immediately during work, so as to save working time.
A high quality controller with ultra-long warranty period (two-year warranty under normal use conditions of touch screen and controller) is provided.
With the corresponding equipment installed, the unattended full-automatic calibration can be realized. The box automatically runs at each check point, and the digital camera automatically takes the indicating value and forms a report.
