Product Overview

NM-01S Manual Calibration System of Thermocouples and Resistance Thermometers is mainly composed of a manual switch, a high-precision digital meter, a special cable signal line, a calibration furnace, an intelligent precision temperature control device, a water (oil) bath, a calibrator and a freezing point detector. The user can select different thermostatic equipment and calibrators according to the temperature range of the calibrated sensor. The system is equipped with a computer, a communication card and the corresponding calibration software. It can automatically control the temperature of the thermostatic equipment, read the digital meter, process the data and print the form in the calibration process, forming a semi-automatic calibration system. 

The manual switch completes the switching of signals of multi-channel calibrated and standard and reference end sensors, with the switching function including the lead wire during the calibration of three-wire resistance thermometer. 

The special cable signal line is the connecting line between the manual switch and the sensor, which is used to connect the calibrator, the reference end compensation sensor and the calibrated sensor.
