The test process and result processing of the system all comply with relevant current national standards. 

Product function

It can automatically complete the data acquisition, data processing, display and printing of test results of temperature uniformity test for heat treating furnace and temperature & humidity test for temperature & humidity environment test equipment.
It can automatically compensate the reference end and correct the sensor calibration data. 

Types S, R, B, J, K, N, E and T thermocouples can be used for temperature uniformity test for heat treating furnace and box type resistance furnace. The test method and requirements comply with Testing Method for Working Zone of Heat Treating Furnace (GB/T 9452-2012) and Calibration Specification for Box-type Resistance Furnace (JJF 1376-2012). 

For the test of temperature & humidity environment test equipment, PT100 resistance thermometer or T-type thermocouple is used for temperature measurement, and dry and wet bulb or imported humidity sensor is used for humidity measurement. 

The test method and requirements comply with Calibration Specification for the Equipment of the Environmental Testing for Temperature and Humidity (JJF 1101-2019). 

Product Features

★ The hardware configuration is flexible. NM-05 series multi-channel data acquisition unit of the Company or imported data acquisition unit can be used. It is of simple structure and easy to carry with high reliability. 
★ It is compatible with the wiring of thermocouple and four-wire resistance thermometer. Products of some models support channel expansion. 
★ During the test of the heat treating furnace, the treatment of the reference end allows freezing point compensation, external sensor compensation or actual temperature compensation of the reference end. 
★ During the test process, the system automatically draws the temperature curve (temperature-time relation curve). The curve will be dynamically displayed and refreshed with the progress of the test process, and can be enlarged and reduced in real time. For the calibration of alternating damp heat equipment, it can also automatically draw the temperature and humidity characteristic curves. 
★ The system supports setting of temperature and humidity data of each channel for regular patrol inspection, and form patrol inspection data records and curves to reflect the temperature and humidity changes at each position during equipment test. 
★ In the course of calculating the test data, the sensor certificate value is added to correct the data, so as to improve the test accuracy. 
★ The system automatically saves test data and results on the hard disk in the form of database, so that users can easily query the data. 
★ The system supports simulation runs. Without external equipment, the test process can be directly simulated on the computer. 
★ It has the function of continuous running in case of power down. During the test, if a sudden power failure occurs or the program exits for some reason, the test can be continued with the completed data.
