Measurement principle

The operation method of the precision dew point meter is to turn on the power first, first self-calibrate the instrument, and then enter the measurement state after self-calibration. While the instrument is self-calibrating, connect the test pipeline of the instrument to the switch connector of the switch to be tested, and then connect the switch connector to the switch to be tested. Close the flow regulating valve and connect the test line to the air inlet of the instrument. At this time, the pressure displayed on the display is the pressure of the gas in the switch under test. Start the measurement, open the flow control valve, adjust the flow to about 0.5 L/min, and the maximum cannot exceed 0.8 L/min, so that you can enter the measurement state, and the measurement time is about 8 minutes (the first device).

After the measurement of the precision dew point meter is completed, if you want to print the data, just press the print button, enter the number of the device under test, and then press the confirm button, the instrument will start printing. Then close the flow regulating valve and remove the test tube from the air inlet of the instrument. Turn off the power, put the test tube and switch connector in place, and the whole measurement is complete.
