Product Overview
NM-01Q Automatic Calibration System of Thermocouples and Double-furnace / Group-furnace Resistance Thermometers is mainly composed of a computer, a double-furnace multi-channel scanner, a high-precision digital meter, a three-wire resistance converter / junction board, a calibration furnace, an intelligent precision temperature control device, a water (oil) bath, a calibrator and a freezing point detector. The user can select different thermostatic equipment and calibrators according to the temperature range of the calibrated sensor.
The system takes computer as the core, controls the multi-channel scanner, the digital meter and the constant temperature equipment. It automatically completes the calibration work of thermocouple from 1# furnace to 8# furnace.
For each furnace, 8 or 10 thermocouples can be calibrated at a time. Each set of scanning system (multi-channel scanner and three-wire junction board) can be connected to 2 furnaces for calibration of double furnace at the same time. It can be expanded and customized according to user needs.

Remarks: 1. Lower limit temperature of low temperature bath (optional): -100℃, -80℃, -60℃, -40℃, -30℃, -10℃, 0℃.
2. The calibrator shall be selected according to the model and accuracy level of the calibrated sensor.
3. Digital multimeter (optional): Keithley2000/2010/2002, Agilent34401A/34420A, etc.
4. 8 channels and 10 channels can be selected for calibration with the multi-channel scanner.
