Features of thermal calibrator:

1. The thermal calibrator adopts 32-bit arm single-chip microcomputer and ti high-speed signal processing chip for detection and control, with high integration. Mechatronics design, high precision, good repeatability and high reliability.

2. Equipped with a monochrome LCD screen and a soft keyboard man-machine interface, the operation is simple, the interface is beautiful, and all parameters and states are clear at a glance.

3. Automatically complete pressure measurement and 20 ℃ value conversion, complete dynamic automatic compensation of pressure and temperature. It also displays pressure at measured ambient temperature, pressure at 20°C ambient temperature and ambient temperature. It solves the problem of difficult on-site calibration of thermal calibrators.

Safety precautions before the thermal calibrator test:

1. When checking the thermal calibrator on site, please disconnect the power supply and equipment connected to the density relay first to ensure safety and no damage to the calibrator.

2. When the ambient temperature of the calibration density relay is different from that of the calibrator, they are in the same position to the same degree to ensure the calibration accuracy.

3. The corresponding alarm signal line and blocking signal line on the terminal block should be disconnected from the terminal block to prevent the secondary circuit and the blocking signal line from forming a loop and affecting the calibration result.

4. The calibrated density relay should be placed upright, not lying flat, otherwise the calibration will be inaccurate.

5. After the test is completed, the trachea can be pulled out only after the residual gas in the pipeline is discharged.

6. Do not use the quick exhaust port during the test to avoid wasting the gas in the gas source.

7. When the thermal calibrator is used, vibration is strictly prohibited to avoid inaccurate calibration.

8. The calibration device is an electronic product and should be placed at a temperature of -20~70°C and a relative humidity of not more than 90%. Corrosive gases are strictly prohibited in the air.

9. During transportation, the calibrator should avoid violent vibration to prevent rain and snow from getting wet.
