NM-JDL600H High-Temperature Thermocouple Calibration Furnace and Temperature Control Device
The NM-JDL600H high-temperature thermocouple calibration furnace is specially designed and produced by our company for the calibration of type B thermocouples. We have also developed the NM-KW03 intelligent temperature control device, which enables automatic control of the temperature in the high-temperature calibration furnace. It can be used independently or as an accessory to our NM-01 thermal instrument calibration system.
NM-THL1000 Thermocouple Annealing Furnace
The NM-THL1000 thermocouple annealing furnace is mainly used for the annealing of Class I S and R working thermocouples before testing, with technical specifications meeting the requirements of JJG141-2013. It is equipped with the KW series intelligent precision temperature control device and the NM-06 constant temperature equipment control system software, which can automatically complete the annealing work of the thermocouples according to the procedural requirements.
NM-T1000 Thermocouple Cleaning and Annealing Device
The NM-T1000 thermocouple cleaning and annealing device, also known as the thermocouple hanging wire cleaning and annealing cabinet, is designed according to the verification regulations JJG75-2022, JJG167-1995, JJG141-2013, and JJG668-1997. It is used for the electrical cleaning and annealing of standard and working precious metal thermocouples before verification. The thermocouple wire is hung on a special clip, and after powering on, the working current is adjusted to perform cleaning and annealing according to the requirements and specified time of the verification regulations.
