NM-RTS Series Low-temperature Cooling Thermostatic Bath

This series of thermostatic bath is mainly used for the verification and calibration of resistance thermometer, low temperature thermocouple, liquid-in-glass thermometer, bimetallic thermometer, filled system thermometer, etc., and can also provide a constant temperature source for other experimental research work. The working mode of upper mixing with double bath is adopted to separate the verification working area from the heating and cooling mixing area of the thermostatic bath, reducing the working noise, improving the technical performance of the machine and expanding the effective working area. PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor and intelligent PID regulator are adopted to realize automatic temperature control, with the characteristics of short transition time, long stability time and high reliability.

NM-01 Automatic Calibration System of Thermocouples and Resistance Thermometers is mainly composed of a computer, a multi-channel scanner, a high-precision digital meter, a three-wire resistance converter / junction board, a thermocouple calibration furnace, an intelligent precision temperature control device, a water (oil) bath, a calibrator and a freezing point detector. The system takes computer as the core, controls the multi-channel scanner, the high-precision digital meter and the constant temperature equipment. It automatically completes the calibration work of thermocouple, resistance thermometer and thermometer. The system function and technical index completely meet the requirements of Calibration Specification for Auto-measuring System of Thermocouples and Resistance Thermometers (JJF 1098-2003).

NM-JDL Series Thermocouple Calibration Furnace is mainly used for the verification/calibration of base metal thermocouples (types K, E, J and N), working noble metal thermocouples (types S and R) and standard thermocouples (types S and R) within the temperature range of 300-1,200℃.

NM-01S Manual Calibration System of Thermocouples and Resistance Thermometers is mainly composed of a manual switch, a high-precision digital meter, a special cable signal line, a calibration furnace, an intelligent precision temperature control device, a water (oil) bath, a calibrator and a freezing point detector. The user can select different thermostatic equipment and calibrators according to the temperature range of the calibrated sensor. The system is equipped with a computer, a communication card and the corresponding calibration software. It can automatically control the temperature of the thermostatic equipment, read the digital meter, process the data and print the form in the calibration process, forming a semi-automatic calibration system.

NM-HYC Thermostatic Salt Bath

For the high-temperature salt bath newly launched by our company, molten liquid salt is used as the medium and mechanically stirred to form the high temperature field, which is comparable to the uniformity of the thermostatic oil bath, and can easily reach 550 ℃. This is a major breakthrough in the temperature measurement industry and can meet the calibration requirements of high-temperature platinum resistance thermometer and digital thermometer. The equipment adopts industrial level touch screen, multiple groups of heaters and sensors, and fully solves a series of problems, such as melting, temperature control and safety protection, making the use of salt bath as easy, fast and safe as the use of oil bath.
