To solve this long-standing problem, the company has developed a new automatic reproduction device for metal shell water triple point containers. This device features automatic freezing of the container, automatic reproduction of the water triple point, and long-term preservation of the metal shell water triple point container, making it very suitable for the calibration of platinum resistance thermometers and the zero point check of mercury thermometers. In addition, this device can prevent damage to the water triple point container and conveniently and accurately reproduce the water triple point. The water triple point reproduced using this device is consistent with the values obtained from traditional glass shell water triple point containers within a range of 0.3mK, meeting the needs for high-precision reproduction of the water triple point. The temperature stability of the reproduced water triple point remains within 0.2mK over a 10-hour period, satisfying the calibration and verification requirements for various grades (working standard, first class, second class) of standard platinum resistance thermometers and industrial platinum resistance thermometers.
