With the latest design, NM-Y8003 Gas Regulator Calibration Board works for the gas regulator as a whole with need for disassembly during calibration, which greatly improves the calibration efficiency and can correctly judge the performance of the gas regulator. It avoids various problems caused by the unscientific traditional calibration methods of gas regulator and provides a guarantee for the safe production of enterprises and institutions.

★ Pressure range: low pressure zone: (0-4) MPa, high pressure zone: (0-25) MPa 

★ Boost range: when the cylinder pressure is above 8MPa, the pressure in the high pressure zone can increase to 25MPa; when the cylinder pressure is above 5MPa, the pressure in the high pressure zone can increase to 16MPa. 

★ Regulation degree: 10Pa

Comparison of Calibration Methods

Traditional Calibration Method  Overall Calibration Method
The pressure gauge tested may be contaminated (e.g., the water media pressure pump is contaminated or the oil-water separator doesn't work for isolation). Installation on the pressure reducer may case a potential safety hazard The working gauge uses gas medium, and the medium for calibration is also gas. It is scientific and does not pollute the tested gauge. 
The calibration medium used for pressure gauge is water, which may rust the regulator of the pressure reducer and then cause a working failure of the regulator.  The calibration medium media is gas that does not contain any liquid media, and will never rust the tested gauge. 
When the pressure gauge is reinstalled, gas may leak because it cannot be sealed (just rely on feeling because it cannot be measured).  The tested gauge is not disassembled, and the sealing of the gas reducer is not damaged.
