Product Overview
The NM-01Q thermocouple dual furnace / multi-furnace thermoresistance automatic calibration system consists of a computer, dual furnace multi-channel scanner, high-precision digital meter, three-wire resistance converter / terminal block, calibration furnace, intelligent precision temperature control device, water (oil) bath, standard device, ice point device, etc. Users can select different constant temperature equipment and standards according to the temperature range of the sensor being tested.
The system is computer-based, controlling the multi-channel scanner, digital meter, and constant temperature equipment to automatically complete the calibration work of 1 to 8 furnace thermocouples.
Each furnace can calibrate 10 thermocouples at a time, and each scanning system (multi-channel scanner, three-wire terminal block) can connect to 2 calibration furnaces for dual furnace calibration work, which can be customized and expanded according to user needs.
