Product Overview
The NM-01S thermocouple and thermal resistance manual calibration system consists of a manual switch, high-precision digital meter, dedicated cable signal line, calibration furnace, intelligent precision temperature control device, water (oil) bath, standard device, and ice point device. Users can select different constant temperature equipment and standards based on the temperature range of the sensor being tested. When equipped with a computer, communication card, and corresponding calibration software, it can automatically control the temperature of the constant temperature equipment, read the digital meter, process data, and generate and print tables during the calibration process, forming a semi-automatic calibration system.
The manual switch completes the switching of multi-channel tested and standard as well as reference end sensor signals, and also has the switching function that includes leads during three-wire resistance calibration.
The dedicated cable signal line connects the manual switch to the sensor, used to connect the standard device, reference end compensation sensor, and the sensor being tested.

4. Multi-channel scanners can be selected for 8-channel or 10-channel tested channels.
5. An integrated temperature transmitter automatic calibration function can be selected.
