Product Overview
The NM-HUMI700 standard ventilated dry and wet bulb thermometer is designed based on the principles of ventilated dry and wet bulb thermometers. It consists of two temperature sensors, one for measuring dry bulb temperature and the other for measuring wet bulb temperature. The wet bulb temperature sensor is wrapped with gauze soaked in water. The evaporation rate of the wet bulb surface of the humidity temperature sensor depends on the relative humidity of the atmosphere, and the heat required for this evaporation causes the wet bulb temperature to drop. By integrating factors such as dry bulb temperature, wet bulb temperature, and the atmospheric pressure at the time, the relative humidity value is calculated using the humidity formula. A motor-driven fan ventilates the surfaces of the dry and wet temperature sensors, maintaining a generally constant wind speed on the sensor surfaces, making humidity measurements more stable and accurate.
