The system is centered around a computer system, using thermocouples or resistance temperature detectors as temperature measurement components, allowing for multi-channel temperature and humidity measurements. It tests the uniformity and fluctuation of temperature and humidity fields in temperature and humidity test chambers, heat treatment furnaces, and other temperature and humidity equipment. The testing process and result processing of the system comply with the relevant current national standards.

For the uniformity testing of heat treatment furnaces and box-type resistance furnaces, S, R, B, J, K, N, E, T thermocouples can be used. The testing methods and requirements comply with GB/T9452-2012 for determining the effective heating area of heat treatment furnaces and JJF1376-2012 for the calibration specifications of box-type resistance furnaces.
For testing environmental experimental equipment, temperature measurement uses Pt100 resistance temperature detectors or T-type thermocouples, and humidity measurement uses the wet and dry bulb method or imported humidity sensors. The testing methods and requirements comply with JJF1101-2019 for the calibration specifications of temperature and humidity in environmental testing equipment.
