The NM-04 secondary instrument calibration system consists of a computer, printer, and thermal instrument calibration device (signal source), among others. The system can be equipped with a signal source that has communication functions, allowing for computer operation to adjust the signal source. ★ The system configuration is flexible and supports various models and specifications of signal sources.
★ It can calibrate secondary instruments with the following signals: B, R, S, J, T, E, K, N, EA-2 type thermocouples; Pt10, Pt100, Pt1000, Cu50, Cu100, BA1, BA2, G type thermal resistors; standard signals of 0-10V, 0-100mV, 0-22mA.
★ When equipped with a signal source with communication functions, the output method of the signal source can be controlled by the computer, and the signal source can be automatically adjusted to output close to the nominal value, with adjustments made via mouse or keyboard.
★ It has a prompt function for errors during the calibration process.
★ Automatically saves data records, which can be queried through a database.
★ The format of the calibration record output complies with regulatory requirements, allowing the calibration record and certificate to be exported to Excel for user-defined table formatting.
