This product is a high-precision self-controlled digital temperature calibration device, characterized by good temperature stability, uniform temperature field, high temperature control accuracy, low noise, good reliability, and long service life. The device uses PID temperature regulation to achieve automatic temperature control, has a compact structure, is easy to operate, and provides intuitive readings. This product is suitable for manufacturers of non-contact infrared body temperature measuring instruments, metrology units, and medical and health departments for the calibration of non-contact infrared body temperature measuring instruments. The high-precision constant temperature source provided with this product meets the performance indicators of both the verification procedures for glass thermometers and medical electronic thermometers.

Product Features
1. Integrated with the latest generation of PID automatic temperature control program, equipped with a high-precision Pt100 temperature sensor. The touch screen operation panel is convenient to use, with high digital display resolution, ensuring precise and stable temperature control.
2. Adopts a side stirring circulation system, achieving a high degree of uniformity in the flow field and temperature field within the tank.
3. The exterior of the black body cavity is treated with a gold plating process, and the interior is coated with a high emissivity black body coating, featuring high black body emissivity and long service life.
4. The outer shell of the machine is made using anti-aging electrostatic spraying technology, and the inner tank is made of high-quality S304 stainless steel.
5. The finely crafted chassis, combined with a unique user-friendly design structure, facilitates the operation for users.
