Transformer oil level and winding temperature controllers are widely used in major power industries. To ensure their reliable measurement characteristics, regular calibration testing is necessary. Our company has specially designed an automatic calibration device for transformer oil level and winding temperature controllers. This system consists of system software, a dedicated constant temperature bath, digital meters, scanners, AC constant current sources, temperature switch detectors, ammeters, computers, printers, test benches, and other equipment. It features high automation, simple operation, and batch calibration capabilities, allowing simultaneous calibration of six temperature controllers. It can achieve simultaneous calibration of the remote signal and switch signal of the temperature controllers, using dedicated system software for error calculation, data processing, and certificate generation, greatly improving work efficiency.
