The rail temperature gauge plays a crucial role in railway transportation, accurately measuring the temperature of the tracks, which is significant for ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of railways. The rail temperature gauge calibration device is a key tool to ensure the measurement accuracy of the rail temperature gauge. The NM-GWJ-40 rail temperature gauge calibration device is developed and designed based on the latest rail temperature gauge calibration standard JJG1158-2018 "Rail Temperature Gauge". All technical indicators meet or exceed the requirements of the standard, and the device features an oversized detection platform that can efficiently complete the calibration of multiple rail temperature gauges in large quantities.

★ Wide temperature range: A single device can cover the temperature range of -40℃ to 100℃, and the entire calibration process does not require changing the tank and medium.
★ Oversized detection platform: The detection platform size is 500mm×400mm, capable of simultaneously completing the calibration of multiple rail temperature gauges, greatly improving work efficiency.
★ Automatic liquid replenishment function: The device has a liquid replenishment tank at the bottom, which can automatically replenish liquid when the liquid level is insufficient.
★ User-friendly structural design: The top features a sliding transparent observation window, with an internal LED light source for easy reading of the measured instrument values. The bottom is equipped with wheels for easy movement and transportation.
