The NM-LQ200 asphalt softening point testing device temperature calibration device is designed according to JJG (Traffic) 057-2017 calibration regulations for asphalt softening point testing instruments. It is suitable for the calibration of heating rate and softening point temperature indication error. The instrument is designed to be compact and lightweight, weighing only 2kg, making it suitable for on-site calibration work. The device automatically calculates the heating rate based on the collected data and generates an electronic spreadsheet. The electronic spreadsheet includes sampling time points, temperature, and heating rate, and the test data can be exported using a USB drive. The screen automatically displays real-time temperature and heating rate. The device has an external interface for a sampling start button, allowing for remote sampling initiation to reduce time errors. A BNC interface is provided for outputting frequency signals, which can be used to calibrate the device's time frequency signal.
