Maintenance method of thermal calibrator:

(1) The inner cavity of the thermal calibrator shall not contain corrosive medium to prevent it from flowing into the conduit in the calibration device, so as not to affect the normal work.

(2) The working environment temperature of the calibration device is +5℃~+35℃, the relative humidity is not more than 80%, and the surrounding air should not contain corrosive gas.

(3) The compressor air source installed in the calibration device is only used for the thermal calibrator and is not allowed to be used for other purposes.

(4) After using for a period of time, check whether the vacuum pump oil is sufficient, that is, it should not be lower than the oil level line. Insufficient oil can affect performance and even damage parts. Fill the vacuum pump at this point.

(5) The display screen of the instrument should not be close to high-temperature objects to prevent burning of plastic grease materials.

(6) Regularly add clean transformer oil to prolong its service life.

There are two reasons why the negative pressure of the thermal calibrator fails to meet the standard:

1. The reversing valve is not in place, resulting in air leakage.

2. The positive pressure one-way valve or the negative pressure one-way valve is not reset after moving, causing the air pressure to rise.

We have several treatments for these two reasons:

1. The direction of the reversing valve is in place, and the reversing valve stem cannot be suspended.

2. Check whether the positive and negative pressure check valve seat holes do not meet the requirements.

3. The spring is seriously inclined, and the one-way spool cannot slide freely.

Thermal calibrator failures can occur when using a thermal calibrator. After analysis, the possible problems and solutions are as follows:

1. It may be that the "O" ring in the quick connector of the pressure hose equipped with the pressure output has fallen off, resulting in the failure of the output unsealed pressure. Gaskets should be gasketed

2. It may be that the instrument being checked is not properly connected. Method: Plug the M10*1 plug directly at the pressure output, and then pressurize to check the tightness of the calibration itself. If missing, the calibrator is leaking. If there is no leakage, you can add it, indicating that the instrument under test is not connected correctly

3. If the instrument purchased by your company has both positive pressure and negative pressure, it may be that the positive pressure and negative pressure switches are not switched in place. When confirming positive pressure, pull out all switches, when confirming negative pressure, press the switch in place

4. When pressurized, the low pressure may be normal. When pressurized, the hand pump will pop out and cannot be pushed in. It feels like a lot of resistance. When pressurizing, push the hand pump into place before pressure can enter from the check valve. The piston should be felt against the front, i.e. the pressure pump is pushed into place

5. The shut-off valve may be unlocked and the thermal calibrator cannot maintain pressure. The valve should lock clockwise

These are the reasons why the pressure cannot be increased. It may not be specific, but the specific situation is determined according to the actual situation.
