1. Instructions for use of constant temperature oil tank

This device is equipped with a high-precision temperature regulator, which shall be carried out by a special person and shall be implemented in strict accordance with the following requirements.

1.1 Preparations:

1. Before starting the machine, carefully check whether the components are in good condition, whether the wiring is loose, and ground the box reliably, and whether the approved power supply is consistent with the power supply specified by the device.

2. Close the drain valve for the newly purchased oil tank, and add about 25L of working medium from the working area of ​​the constant temperature tank.

(The actual use medium of this equipment is about 18L, and the excess medium flows into the oil tank through the overflow port for replenishment).

1.2 Operation sequence:

1. Press the power button "ON", the power is turned on, and the temperature controller is powered on.

2. When there is no oil in the oil tank, turn on the "add liquid" switch, and close it immediately after the working medium is added to the overflow (about 7~8min). Otherwise, the oil will overflow out of the tank because the oil delivery volume is greater than the overflow volume.

3. In the oil tank in use, turn on the "oil pump" switch to replenish oil to the overflow port (about 30~45sec), and close it immediately.

4. Change the set value: press the P key once, the first digit in the SV window will flash, and then press the other keys successively to get the temperature set value you need. After setting, press the P key again. Turn on the "temperature control" switch to start heating.

5. Other parameters on the temperature controller have already been adjusted by the factory, and do not need to be adjusted again.

6. When the tank temperature is high, it needs to cool down quickly in order to continue the verification test, which can be carried out according to the following steps:

(1) First, adjust the set temperature to the desired temperature, and turn off the "temperature control" switch.

(2) Then open the liquid release valve and release an appropriate amount of high temperature oil.

(3) Turn on the "oil pumping" switch again, and input the cold oil into the tank to reduce the temperature until the working medium is full until it overflows. If the temperature in the tank is still higher than the working temperature, repeat the above steps (2) to (3) until the tank temperature is lower than the required working temperature.

8. Oil replacement: when the oil is used for a long time and the viscosity is too large, it will make the oil pump difficult to deliver oil and be in an overloaded working state. If the time is too long, the motor will heat up and even be damaged. The stable operation of the oil tank is affected, and the oil needs to be changed at this time. The steps are as follows:

(1) Turn off the "temperature control" switch;

(2) Open the oil drain valve (built-in oil drain valve switch) to discharge all the oil in the tank; the oil in the oil tank can be pumped into the tank at the same time.

(3) If you need to drain a little leftover stains in the box, you can open the threaded cock at the bottom of the box, connect the oil with a small plate, and then tighten the cock after draining it.   

(4) Add about 20L of new oil to the tank.

Note: The black handwheel switch on the side of the device is the switch for putting the liquid in the hanging bucket into the fuel tank, and the built-in switch is the switch for putting the medium into the liquid storage container.

1.3 Downtime:

1. After the set value is adjusted to below room temperature, turn off the "temperature control" switch, and the temperature controller is powered off.

2. Turn off the power.

Second, the constant temperature oil tank matters needing attention:

1. The power supply voltage used by this instrument is 220V±10%.

2. When the tank is not filled with oil, it is not allowed to turn on the "temperature control" switch. During the whole working process, the liquid level should always be maintained, and the electric heater should not be exposed to the air, so as not to burn the heater , and even cause the fuel to burn and cause a fire.

3. Maintenance of constant temperature oil tank:

1. If the instrument fails under the conditions specified in the warranty period, the factory is responsible for free warranty for one year.

2. During the warranty period, if the equipment is damaged due to improper use and maintenance by the user, the factory is responsible for the repair, but the user is responsible for the cost.

3. If the failure occurs after more than one year, the factory is responsible for maintenance and charges fees according to regulations.
